Bin Laden Death Photos

May 9th 2011 17:19
The release of the Osama Bin Laden death photos are becoming a source of controversy. Since President Obama doesn’t want to release the photos, the Right is objecting. Of course if Obama HAD released the photos then the Right would have said it would enflame the Muslims.

I fully support President Obama not releasing the death photos of Bin Laden. I DO feel it would it would cause more bloodshed. I also support the President for using SEAL Team Six and taking Osama out. For more info on SEAL Team Six you can read here.

I know both the Right and Left have to have their little propaganda wars. But I don’t see bashing Obama for not releasing the Bin Laden death photos. I do believe Osama was killed and if he wasn’t he will be releasing new videos to embarrass the United States.

I agree with you on all counts. The photos serve no real purpose and would, in effect, give the Osama-SOB -mob a reason to burn another US flag.

I am a Right Winger, and I praised President Obama for a good well done. It doesn't matter to me whether or not the photos are released.

The fact is it doesn't matter the Radical Islamic Terrorist are going to try to kill innocent people across the world, because that is what they do photos or not.

They are cold blooded killers that have no respect for human life not even their own.

Glad you're back, Randy. We've missed you around Orble.

Lester is right, the terrorists will use the excuse of a mosquito buzzing to commit murder. The pictures would only have been another excuse. Has al Jazeera had anything to say yet? Are they fanning the flames or not admitting he's dead? Their silence makes me a bit nervous, if they are silent, that is.

God bless America and Seal team 6!

I also agree with the decision not to release the photos. I don’t really care about inflaming terrorists and such, I just think not releasing the photos is a “right thing” to do in dealing with any deceased person. We do not see photos of just killed accident victims, murder victims or of those just deceased from disease or illness. It is not our culture, it is not American.

I do object to those who would use the terms assassination, murder, execution, etc. when describing bin Laden’s death. No one can make those claims unless they were standing there and witnessed the happenings at the compound. Anything else is hearsay and guesswork and discredits the brave men who took part in the raid.
